I received this as a sample in an Ipsy bag when I had a membership and have been obsessed since. I didn’t really have discoloration around my eyes however I do suffer from puffy eyes which makes me look tired towards the end of my days. It is light weight, a little under a dime size from the pump will certainly get the job done. I love how it easily takes to my skin and leaves a hydrating yet glowy feel I do see and feel the bright eyes once applied. I also pair this with topical under eye patches to really brighten and get rid of that puffiness. $58 is a bit steep for such a small bottle (I am not a fan) however I have seen a huge improvement. This review is solely based off of my experience using this product but I hope it helps.

I discovered Bright Eyes a few years ago and won't try any other eye cream. I am particular about the consistency and finish of what I put on my face, and I love the way this gets absorbed and doesn't leave a greasy finish. Please don't discontinue this product!

I love this eye cream. I ran out of it and used something else for a month, and I could tell a huge difference. Now that I have more I can say that this cream brightens my eye area, reduces puffiness, and softens my crows feet. Would definitely recommend.
